I had my starter gen freeze up and had it rebuilt. It now does not seem to have the power to turn over engine . Acts like a bad battery but a new fully charged battery is installed. I then noticed the starter turns over the engine counter clockwise? I thought engines turn over clockwise? I can turn the engine over by hand either way? Help? It's 149

Don't understand?? Looks like same questions in post. Where should I post?

Robert, the main forum area aka "IH Cub Cadet Forum" gets the most traffic and is for posting questions and info on the IH built GARDEN tractors which is what your 149 is. You posted your question in the LAWN tractor forum. The forums may look the same but many of the guys don't even look here so the guys with the answers may never see your post.
