Kraig: Thanks for the link to VuePrint. Considering the difficulty that many new users (and some old ones) have with re-sizing photographs, we probably need to add and entry to the FAQ on the topic.

Of course trying to help someone use a computer is a little like trying to look up a word in the dictionary when you don't know how to spell it: You just don't know where to start.

I still thing it would be worth the effort, and I would be willing to help.
