Hey Shultzie - does 23/32nd's = 0.71875 ?
Seems to me a pretty odd ball size. I'm wondering if the hole in Kraig's bar is worn a little and it's really a loose 0.6875.

Hydro, I did write" "measurements are approximate."

I didn't feel like going out to the shed to get my caliper last night because it was pouring rain out. The lift bar and a tape measure were in my attached garage. No rain this evening, so no problem getting the caliper, thus:

Large hole= 0.7560

Small hole= 0.6250

Charlie, ummm, "Small hole- 0.06240" Now that IS a small hole...

Hey Charlie - I think you need to send out that NOS bar and get some wear on those holes

Kraig - Oh Great One Keeper of the Photos - Yes, I saw where you said measurements were approximate. I just wondered if your holes were the correct sizes but then Charlie sure helped us out here.

Shultzie - suggest you just make the large hole 3/4" and the small hole 5/8".

Geez guys, I just wanted half a$$ed measurements anyway. I just needed to know if I had an original bar or if it was home made out of spec.
I'm pretty sure I have an original narrow frame bar now.
Thanks all for the help.

Charlie,
I will make a note of the proper sizes though.

Charlie,
When you say "large hole offset-0.4130" Do you mean the measurement from the center of the hole to the end of the bar?
