The 3 pt. hitch lifting arms won't come all the way up. Going down is fine, but they only come up about 1/2 way. Anybody know where to start with this one? The fluid level is full.

Help Support IH Cub Cadet Tractor Forum:
Will it lift with more rpm? Is there weight or an attachment mounted and would it lift higher if it has no weight on it?
