2176 kohler 17hp oil drail valve

I have a year 2000 Cub Cadet 2176 model mower. The engine oil drain valve keeps vibrating loose and leaking all engine oil out. Can I upgrade with nipple and ball valve?

Yes you can or you can get that same style valve from a Stens dealer, do not get the new style that cub is selling because they are garbage, we have replaced many of the new style under warrenty in very low hours of usage.
