Anyone repower an 154 Low-Boy with either larger cid gas engine or upgrade to diesel power. I must O/H or replace this winter, that C-60 is very tired.

Ray I've thought about it for a 154 that is in the same boat. I would likely find a kubota diesel, on the otherhand my 184 has a fresh C-60 and does the mowing and snow blowing. I retrofitted a 55" two stage snow blower, works great.
