Hi all:
My 106 is sick. The belt has quit turning on the deck and the pto is not engaging. The handle is pulling the engaging shaft off the unit properly, bit it won't move. With the belt off it turns easily by hand. Is this the type of problem a failed pto displays? The pullys seem fine both on the deck and in front. Everything from the center pully to the pto pully and the belt seem very hot. The last owner locked in the front pullys and there is no spring but it has run well for 5 years. I did rebuild the pto a few years ago with the kit, but I don't remember why. So if you know or have had this issue before I would appreciate some input.

A 106 is a Garden Tractor, NOT a lawn tractor. Post this in the main forum where more people will see it.
