Plow Day- Monterey, In - April 10 Tim Overmyer's

The plow day at Overmyers is the next day after Travis's. They plow with antiques tractors on one side of the field and gt's on the other side. Were 5 + hrs. from Travis's. We plowed last year and nobody came from the forum and it was the next day just like this year, so don't change your plans...

I seen a custom engine adapter for the 82 series from one of the guys at Midwest Super Cub at plowday 8. I first thought that it was oem but he said he build it with the correct angle, nice piece.

Don, was only Jim at Kewannee,Ill and how did he do there with his tractor. It seemed like it was tricky to get locked in to the track, just by what I seen. It looked like a really nice turn out, could not ask for a nicer day for November.

tom R. go to your napa store and ask for bowl gasket 7-04531 in their small engine line, it only cost pennies, its made out of neoprene or rubber. By the way, thanks guys for the tips on filling your cub cadet tires with ballast.

John, you have to use hardner in the paint to make it cure. Go to your napa parts store and get some Enamel Hardner the ratio is 8parts paint, 4 parts reducer, and 1 part hardner. The paint will shine better, it will be tougher, and it won't fade as bad, oh and it will dry faster! Terry

Dave G. You can use napa martin senour part no. 6040 reducer with cub cadet paint with good results and make sure you use hardner for added gloss that is compatable with synthol enamel.
