    What type of fluid goes in the transmission of a 122? The operators manual says IH Hy-Tran or 30w, and the dealer says to use 80w-90......... I drained and replaced the seals so now I want to fill with proper fluid. Tom

    Roy, thanks for the quick reply. I was thinking that it needed an oring; however, there is no groove in my steering wheel to keep it there. Maybe I have the wrong steering wheel?? Thanks, Tom

    Dave, it is for a 122; the parts manual shows a retainer. I have a really nice clear IH cap but but it has some play in it. Was thinking it needs an O-ring to seal it and hold it i place?? Tom

    How does the cap for the steering wheel attach? there used to be a retainer that was available, now no longer available. So how do you guys attach the cap? Tom

    Looks like I got screwed on a gas tank I bought and havent recieved, No emails back either.... So I am in dire need of a gas tank for a 12 hp 122. I have rebuilt the carb cleaned it all up now all I need to get this going is the tank. please help, Tom
