Obviously I don't know how to post pictures well. I even had the FAQ open but still don't have the technique. I guess I could pretend I wanted to post the picture twice but that was not the case. It was operator error.

Here's my try again to help one of you guys that is getting ready for winter snow. I have a front blade subframe for a wide frame tractor. I would like to trade it for a subframe for a narrow frame QA tractor. What I have will not fit my 127. My idea is for each of us to pay the shipping...

I promise I looked in the Kohler manual and the CC service manual first but I don't know which direction the head studs go into the block long threads or short threads. I took them out of the block 18 months ago and don't remember which way they were. This project is moving very slowly

I need some ideas on the current complication on my 127 refirb. I need to split the tractor to work on hydro linkage, etc. I canNOT get the pin out of the N control rod clevis. I've sprayed it with PB Blaster and tried to drive it out with hammer and punch. A big problem is not having a long...

With all the posts on the main forum about getting ready for snow plowing, here's something that might be helpful to someone. I have a wide frame subframe for a snow/dirt blade that will not work with my 127 (narrow frame) if you have a narrow subframe and will trade for my wide subframe...

Bruce, A bilge plug is exactly what it looks like but it has a very industrial look and fits very well in the tube. There is even a ring/tab on the shaft that is designed to put a chain on it. It does the job so I will keep using it. Ryan W, The carb side dipstick does have fill/add...

Ryan W. Here is another engine for your dual tube data study. K301A, serial # 2043004 spec # 47376B , riveted tag. Carburator side has dip stick hole next to points. S/G side-front has long tube with an cap with tightning screw. Is this what is being discussed as dual tube? The cap has the...

I'm at the point of getting to serious work on my 127 AND will have a lot of questions. Please bear with me but I think I've done my homework reading the forum constantly for over a year and a half. I've got to go for it before my neighbor kicks me out the the garage. Here goes: Could the...

Jerry There is a slight chance we may come to New England in mid to late October. There is a little issue with my wife's health we are trying to schedule surgery for. I'll let you know if we are heading your way. I also would like a definative answer from Kraig (or others) about the sub...

Thanks Kraig. I'm thinking you read "everything" I realized the other day I have not taken enough pictures as I've taken apart my 127. I may have to depend on your great picture archive if I get into trouble getting it back together and running.
