I forgot to mention it has a new main belt going from pto to deck but i havent relpace the deck belt. The sub frame probably is a problem. I never thought it locked in properly, (not sure if it does, never seen a good picture of it close up) the quick release lever - Should those tabs be fully...

What would cause The belt from the mule drive keep popping off? Started after I replaced the tension bracket on the mower deck. I adjust the front pulleys to the right position. I wounder if the pulleys on the deck could be worn out or something? Fixing one worn out part reveals more worn out...

have an other photo, showing the clearance of the pulley to the deck.... not a whole lot. First time I had the nut on the bottom and it wasn't giving enough clearance to let the bracket move. flipped it but its still sitting low.

Well turns out that pin was so rusted it must of broke some time ago. Something is still not right thou the clutch is still always engaged. Should the clutch disc be able to move when tightened properly? There is a little slop with the linkage. I'll check out page 15

I know I have talked about this before. I can't get my pto to NOT engage. I may have put it together to tight, I don't have the gauge that came with the rebuild kit any longer. I remember someone saying that with both nuts tightened there should be about 3/8 of the screw showing? I may be wrong...

ok, so a little confused on adjusting the brakes. The pinned end they refer to is the end at the brake pads correct? disconnect the left rod and spin the right wheel. Do I adjust the left side? The side I disconnected? Should the peddle be in the full released position? I have the brakes...

OK, sorry for waiting so long. here is what I have bought. Will the gap between the tube and bolt be acceptable? I could talk to CC maybe if they are willing to talk Looking at this pic, It didn't seem like that much of a gap when I first checked it. of course it will be centered.

Isn't that the truth Charlie @ Jeramia, are you saying the round tube is flat on one side on the inside of the tube? I may have misunderstood that part. I'll show some pictures of what I intend to do tomorrow if the spring will slide on the pipe i bought. bought it this morning and went to...

Went to a dealer and they said my bracket is broken. The spacer should be attached to the arm and its not. They...
