Paint code/starter removal questions for 782D

Does anyone know the paint code number for the Kubota Diesel engine D600B used in the Cub Cadet 782D It is a light bluish green color. I have my engine pulled right now and may repaint it. I could not remove the starter and had to pull the engine and remove the bracket, has anyone notched this bracket to make it possible to remove the starter without having to removing the engine.

I read on a Kubota forum that the Kubota color code for the blue paint for the engine is 70000-00197 Not sure if that is 100% correct, but I'm kind of lucky in that if I want to repaint my engine in my Cub Cadet 1512D, my CC dealer is also a Kubota dealer.

Its probably too late now, but if you upgrade to the newer gear reduction starter it can be put on and taken off without removing the engine. It has no nose cone. Here is the thread where I installed one on mine;
