Hi. I'm new to cubs and this forum so bear with me. I have a model 1330 w/ a 12.5 Kohler Command & a 38" deck. Tried to cut out the seat kill switch because my ground is hilly and the switch was sensitive. Did this by connecting the 3 wires minus the ground together. Mowed fine before but now when I engage the PTO the blades turn until I put it in gear then the blades stop and the motor dies.
Also tried bending the small metal strap on the reverse blade kill switch and it broke off. Don't know if they're related to this problem but wanted it out there in case.
And what is the Hydro Dump Engage lever for????
