Chris, that have a three speed with high/low and a two speed PTO. I spent a lot of hours on one. The ID plate said Kubota but the name on the hood was Muculla D21 (sp), 2 cylinder diesel rockshaft hydraulic lift. Ours had a L or M 59 woods deck on it. I mowed for a couple years with that, school yards and such.

CHRIS, DAVE - That little Kubota looks a lot like my buddy's 5020 Allis CUT... but it looks like the Allis was made by Hinomoto. The little Allis has a 4+2 trans... from slow walking speed to 8 MPH.... and a creeper reverse (1.6 mph) to "WO)W...Hang on!!" too fast 6.4 MPH.

But he mows his similar sized yard twice on about the same amount of diesel fuel as I use to mow once with the 982.
