My local lawnmower man has a IH Cub Cadet 106 for sale. Where do I kick, what should I look for.
He did mention it will needed a new clutch plate, but that appears to be an easy fix.
I want a lawn tractor to mow and till my yard and garden, and maybe hotrod out to make Hank Hill look bad on his green machine... lol...
What should I look for to ensure I'm buying a good one...?
I'm doing some trading to get it so price is not the issue.
Any advice is welcome, Thanks.

here is a link to several pictures I took...

Justin H: With some rehabilitation, that 106 will mow the h*** out of your yard BUT it's a Garden Tractor NOT a Lawn Tractor!! Please post about it on the Garden Tractor page (the first one at the top)
