Well I finally broke down and bought a zero turn mower the other day. I got a good deal on a used 2007 Hustler Super Mini Z with a 52 inch deck and vacuum system, with low hours.

Around here for comercial mowing it is either the Hustler or the Walker.

They are fast, and really pulverize the grass. Speed doesn't seem to be a factor, it cuts great no matter how fast you go.

I have been going over the manuals and checking all the adjustments and maintenance requirements. They are built extremly rugged and very easy to adjust. This one has the 27 hp Kohler engine.

So far I haven't used the vacuum as the grass is still very thin, hope it gets thick soon so I can give it a good workout.

Richard,

Bought mine in 05', wish I had bought it years ago. My mowing time went from three hours to thirty minutes!
