Cub Cadet 100 rebuild A-1 Miller performance are they still in business

I am new to all this and was wondering if anyone has had any problems with A-1 Miller Performance Service? I spoke with Brian a year ago and sent my clutch to be rebuilt.I spoke with him after I sent it and he said he had it. The Postal Service tracking said he got it. Spoke to him 2 months ago. He said he would be right on it. I never received it and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I know a year ago I saw his advertisement on the forum boards. I thought I could trust sending it to him. My parents became very sick and I had to stop working on the project for over a year. I just need to know if I need to look for another used clutch and get someone else to rebuild it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you !
