Month ago I changed the coolant, installed new thermostat and radiator cap.
After 2 mowings, the overflow tank becomes empty (1 cup). I have refilled twice.
There is no obvious external leak, I pressure tested the cooling system to 12 psi and it held it, cylinder compression test was 180 & 190#, plugs looked good, exhaust is clear.
The engine is the Kawasaki 20 HP, FD620, 650 hours.
Anyone have a suggestion on this mystery?
