is lift cylinder rebuildable on my lH 149

l picked up a 149 some time back its time to get her going. l have for the past years been collecting other colored tractors. 149 front axle spacer question
how can grease enter the spacer when there is no hole drilled in it to enter. The press in fitting on both sides are clear. What am i missing? Thanks- jurbaniak
