    Bill G Besides what Rich and Bryan said the paint will stay forever tacky in the gas/heated conditions. The air filter will stick to the inside of the cover and then will flake off when removed. just a thought ... JOE

    Marlin I've done it my mower was orignally green though. iused mine for mowing around our 3/4 acre pond. after the second pass i got tired of tighting up the blade bolt as the blade spun-backwards. finally i overtighted it and it snaped the spindle.... Joe

    Ted That 28 EFI is sweet i've run them in the Toro Z masters at work. Pulls a 62 inch deck at about 7MPH. I'll tell you thats one sweet lawn mower!! Joe

    Frank M. I recently picked up 2 147's, i would use the wiring harnes from CCC/MTD. I used one on my 125 they are built well and my 125 has had one for 3 years no with no problems. The 1x6/7's had the WORST wires of all the cubs. For one of my 147's I used a harnes I had from a 72 (same thing)...
