It pretty much sounds like it runs out of gas. It is not like you would turn the ignition off. When I get time I will take the carburatur off and check the float.

I have a 982 with a 19.9 onan engine in it which runs great except for one problem. When we mow on a slope leaning to the right it stalls as if it doesn't get any gas.It seems to react the same way whether the tank is full or 1/2 full. I have another 982 with the same engine and it doesn't do...

    Cub Cadet model 1912

Thanks for all the info on wiring diagrams. As many times as I have been on this site I never realized there was a seperate item for wiring. I bought this 1912 from Madsen's service about 3 weeks ago. I asked Scott about it having a Kohler M18 engine in it instead of the Onan, he said that some...

    Cub Cadet model 1912

Does someone out there know where I could find a wiring diagram for a CC 1912 tractor with a Kohler M18S engine with electronic ignition. Any good info for this model tractor would be appreciated. I would also like to get a hold of a good service manual for this.

I recently purchased a power steering unit from an 1862. I would like to put this on my 982. Will the steering column fit on a 982 just like it is or do I have to make some modifications to it. Some good info here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Cub 169

Just thought I would let you cubbers know that I was fortunate to find a 169 finally. I probably paid too much for it but I don't know when I might get another opportunity to get another one. It was truly a piece of junk when I got it but it sure is pretty now that it runs and has been...

I am looking for a good used hood to replace the one on my spirit of 76 tractor. Previous owner decided to cut a large portion out of the bottom so he could install a light underneath. Any one of the following models would work. Cadet 76, 81, hydro 80,111,182,282,or 382. Thanks.
