    Thank you everyone for your help. l got the cylinder freed up. At the attachment point of the cylinder rod, l inserted a 1/2" punch. I then applied force, twisting the rod a quarter turn forward and backward repeatedly. The rod broke free. Tapping with a rubber mallet, I was able to move the...

    Thanks for your reply, Yes l am just using hand pressure. l removed the hoses and drained the fluid no movement. l wasn't sure if l would damage it. l guess looking for a replacement may be in order. Any ideas on locating one. l am in the process of saving the old girl.

    David I thank you for your fast response and help. I used the wrong term referring to the grease fittings, they are the drive type not press in sorry. l'll drive both spacers out and follow your advise. Again thank you l really appreciate the information on this forum.

    how can grease enter the spacer when there is no hole drilled in it to enter. The press in fitting on both sides are clear. What am i missing? Thanks
