Thanks for the link. Just about what I was thinking. While we are on the subject of decks. Has anyone made there deck free floating like the simplicity decks. I loved my old deck on the simplicity. No scalping even on hills and uneven terrain. Was thinking maybe I could do something like...

Does anyone have a picture of what the underside of a 44a deck should look like. Mine is missing the baffles. Was thinking of making some and wanted to compare what I was thinking of building to what it was like from the factory.

Can you buy this piece or does it have to be made by hand?

Is there supposed to be baffels of some sort under my 44a deck? Has anyone made a striping kit for there deck?

Is the 4 inches with the hydros down but in the highest position or is that all the way up?

It does have a adjustable link on one side so I can level the deck. But the highest cutting position is about 2 1/2 inches. That is way to low for me to be cutting grass. I guess I will just not put my hydros down or weld a piece on the steel piece so it will not let the deck down so low.

Thinking about buying this 1650 with snowblower and #2 tiller. What would be a good price for it?

Is this the only part I need for my 102 muffler or is there an angle price that is also needed. Where does it mount on the starter side?
