Since i will not be mowing with this Tractor, What other Things Can I run off the front PTO? The Clutch is still in good working order. Does anyone have any Ideas?

#59-M chipper shredder for one
That plus a QA-36-A or QA-42-A inch snow thrower.
"QA" for Quick Attach
"A" for adjustable
That's about all that was offered from IH for the front PTO.
There were lots of attachments offered by different vendors for these tractors, both front and rear.
Many are tough to `find too!
Look for "Allied Equipment"
Lots more info in Oscar M. Will III, "50 Years of Cub Cadet"

I'm not familiar with cubs older than the quiteline series, but was the tiller ran from the front PTO to rear gear box like the q/l cubs?
Yes you can run a tiller off the front pto to a gear box mounted on the rear.
