    1535 transmission?

What transmission does the 1535 use? Do the older IH Cub transmissions bolt in the 1535 frame? Thanks

Does the newer Cub 1535 use the same transmission as the older cubs? If not does the older cub transmission bolt in the 1535 frame? Thanks

I took the rear tin work off and cleaned it up, this tractor is very nice shape. I guess to good to part out. I also have a 10 HP Kohlar (yellow) from a 108 that could be put in this 104.The steering gear does need rebuilt i think, very loose. So would like to trade for a 1200, no deck needed.

Thanks for the replies, but other than the bends in the shifter lever, they interchange? I am building a pulling tractor so a short shifter is fine, we lock um in second anyway.

Thanks Tom Are both frame identical? Body and frame wise what are the differences between 1000 and 1200? I understand all transmissions interchange, wide frame to narrow frame and visa versa. Is this correct? Sorry for all the questions, i am a newbie to all this.
