    Any John Deere owners???

Keith I sent some info from the tech manual. Looks like checking it with a bolt to see if the coil is strong enough and making sure the gap is correct. I had issues setting the gap correctly a few times on mine. Make sure the nylock nuts are good too. Had my old ones back off after a while.

Haban 60" deck for Super Cub. Everything included except the PTO to Mower belt. Seems to be in good condition but needs paint. I did weld up a couple of the factory welds that had cracked. I never had this on a tractor because I found a 54 deck right after buying this. Pickup in North...

    Roof Snow Removal Tool

Charlie, Shame on you. You have fellow Minnesotans with a much better version of the avalanche. I bought one of these last year when we had 2 feet of snow on the roof and love it. www.minnsnowta.com/

Never understimate the usefulness of a loader

Steve, Talk the boss into one of these. I am a little biased but they are an impressive machine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-jtWXzwqYE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnhgGEepz7M

Charlie, That photo brings back good good memories. I have that posted on my cube wall at work. It sure makes people think when they see that many "lawn mowers" in a bean field. Would love to see another big plowday like that one again.

    Gardens 2013

Terry, This is the first year for me to try garlic and it is not dong well either. The people I got mine from are not having much luck either. I planted mine this spring after a week in the refrigerator not the traditional planting in the fall.

    169 OWNERS COLLECT HERE

Mike, Glad that machine went to a good home. It was hard for me not to buy it but I just have too many projects. I picked up an original roller with a 38" deck and pto kit on it from the same place you got the 169. Good luck on the restoration.

Must have been the night to til the garden. I finished mounting the 1A with the 3 point adapter kit onto the IH782 and tilled the garden last night as well. Took some soil samples tonight to figure out what it needs. This is the first year for this garden.

    Shipping Container for Storage Building???

Charlie is right about cost, but the shipping containers are a lot more secure. I went with a 40' High Cube last year and don't regret it one bit. You can also use a pair of containers as your side walls and stick some trusses over them to form a building or covered storage. If you don't...

    Electric Fence (Around Garden) Qestions

Mike, This is what I put up last year. http://www.critterfence.com/ . Similar to your invisible fence, but maybe a little heavier. We'll see how it fairs after the first winter. I'll try to get some pics of it before the snow melt it shows up better against the white snow. I tied yellow...

    Chains saws

Anyone thinking about a new Husqvarna Saw should stop by their dealer next weekend. Just picked up one today and Husky is going to be selling canned fuel with their brand on it and will double your warranty if you buy a case when you buy your saw. This is supposed to start the 1st of Feburary...

Matt, Manual says greater than 15% split or less than 90 psi is bad. You can download the manual from Kohler's web page or Charlie probably has it in the manual section too.
