    Articulated Cubs

Well, I had planned on making this thing with the cub sheetmetal all along. Then I thought, well I have some yellow and white in the shed, but I sold the green. Plus I think there is more room in the dash and hood for all the crap, ch25 motor, 1 hydraulic pump, 1 variable displacement pump...

This is the drawing ive got, im not 100% sure on its correctness(is that a word?). I think the A and B will have to be swapped to get the correct rotation out of the wheel motors. Im not sure how the haggie's are plumbed. id have to go look at ours and see.

Wyatt, Its a series parallel setup, don't ask me how it works but 2 different hydraulics places drew the same drawing for me so I figure it must be correct.. 2 front motors are locked together and the 2 rear are locked together, making locking diffs basically..

    Articulated Cubs

Took me about 6 hours to get the pieces for the front and rear axles cut out on my project. Seemed liked I measured everything about 50 times. I had one screw up and made something too big but that was a easy fix. I tacked together the rear axle assembly. Maybe get some more time in monday.

    Bought me a lathe

Explain more. Ive got a baldor 1hp single phase. Id doesn't seem to have any bad viberations to it. Seems like alot of extra $$ to switch to 3ph when I have the motor already to switch to single phase..

    Articulated Cubs

Finally got my wheels. Also picked up a plasma cutter. I don't know how I lived without this thing so long! Im hoping this week I can get the frame made and axles. I only get 4-5 hours a nite to work on it so progress will be slow. Im still trying to figure out on paper where...

    1/4" Cordless Impact Wrench

I bought a 3/8 drive cordless impact from snap on. I used it so much I bought the 1/4" drive one. I used my 1/4" drive impact so much I figured the 1/4" one would be handy. I was right. I work on saws and a few mowers everyday. Sure is nice not fighting a hose...
