    Briggs and Stratton

    Not a tractor, sorry. Friends 4.5HP B&S will start but will not rev up, only goes "putt, putt, putt, etc). Thought maybe it had a sheared key but that checked ok but replaced it anyway. Has new carb and fuel tank, with fresh fuel. B&S overhaul manual for governor adjustment isn't much help...

    I need David Kirk's email address to order some parts. For some reason I can't pull up his complete catalog with prices and email. Says something about default mail not installed correctly. I'm not very computer literate. HELP! Thanks, Doug.
