    Got the 149 running finally... Now this...

    Hi All, I finally got the 149 running, ran it twice for about 10 minutes total. It smoked like a chimney then settled down. I noticed that the "Palnut" for the Govenor is backed completely out!! I have attached a photo so you can see what I mean... I got this set of instructions...
