    Thanks Wes, According to the cub faq that means I need a 1/2 x 77 1/2 belt. Is it possible to go to a 1/2 x 78 belt instead or would this leave too much slack? Thanks Nick

    Thanks for the info regarding my starter generator. I've got it apart and the only thing that worries me is a broken copper wire on one of the outer wrappings. Since I know nothing about this - could this be the problem and beyond my personal ability to repair? Thanks for the advice

    Well, my Hydro 129 keeps coming up with new problems. Seems the starter/generator doesn't work now (I think I fried it). Is it possible to pull start this tractor by wrapping a cord around the front puller? (While I look for a replacement starter/generator). It goes counter-clockwise...
