    PTO Clutch 2086 Super Garden Tractor

    hi guys, just had the same luck with my CC 782 pto, when it got hot it wouldnt work, then it just gave up. Check the pto with a omh meter, it should read continuity. after taking mine apart, it looks like heat killed it.

    HI, I picked up a snowplow the other day, it's a model u111, what does it fit? my guess is it's for the "bathtub" rear engine riders i.e. the model 60. If any has a guess, let me know. thanks

    john, (revised) The cub mounts are made from 1 1/2 round stock, 11/16 tall, the base being 1/2, the balance go's inside the cubs motor mount. (I drilled mine motor mounts to 1 inch) with a 3/8 hole. These motors have balace gears just like the older models, vibration is not a problem to me. The...

    john g, To fix them QL motor mounts, use some 1 to 1 1/4 round stock approx 1/2 inch + thichness of the motor mount, machine a small lip (the thickness of the motor mount), as to fit in the mount,drill 3/8 hole in the center, add some washers, and you will never need to fix them again. The...

    mike, can you post a pic of your blower for your 982? I have/had many snowblowers, and have never seen one with a spring assist and the shoot rod is on the left.Is this a different set up, because the 982 is longer than the 6-782's?
