I have the money but am wondering if it is a good buy for the money?

I have the opportunity to buy a 122 with mower and garden cart from the original owner. The tractor has not been run in years and I can get it for $150.00 Is this a good deal for the tractor? Im new to Cub Cadets but they keep falling into my lap.

I am wondering what the length of the piece is that runs from the plow to the attachment lift. Also is a Cub 106 considered a narrow frame? I have only ever had Farmall Cubs but now have a much smaller property.
