    kraig, thanks for posting the pic for me..... I picked up this v-blade at kent farm supply, just up the road a ways from chatham. looks like the ones the city uses to keep the sidewalks open.......always thought that one of these might be good to have, as with a cub being so light up front...

    Josh...Re:haban sickle mower....i just went out and mesured mine, it is 8" long X 2" wide..., and is basicly two pieces of flat bar, one 8", the other 5" long and they are welded with a space of 3/8" between them, in which the tow bar will fit into...then on the one end is a muffler style clamp...

    brendan, as to your questions,,,,first, no an original and a 70 are not the same ( the 70 and the 100 are of the same series)....the original was made in what is termed the first series.....major diffrance was that the original had a belt from the motor to the driveshaft, this was the only one...

    Hi All, Got a good six hours in on the 1450 last night with the blade.....had a few issues at the start though, as the battery (which i charged through the day)did not hold a charge, so had to do a swap with the one from the 1200, and i still had to give it a boost......lucky i have one of those...

    jim t....on tube in tires...on the subject of rear tires, only the ones that have fluid in them, are the ones that i have put tubes in...main reason is to protect the rims from rusting, and as was mentioned earlier, so that if you happen to break the bead, all your fluid will not come out.(...
