    Pretty simple answer, The paint is junk, then the paint under the clear coat wasn't dry enough, even though you might have thought is was. Also putting the clear coat on to thick will do it as well.

    It's a tiller gearbox mount. There's so much wrong with that poor thing!!!! That's a 150.00 tops machine, only if it runs. Just sayin.

    300 to much in my opinion. IF it does need a camshaft, it's going to need a lot more than that, especially if it's a Series 1 engine.
