    Harry I always use the float, my driveway is not exactly even it has more room for travel up and down hasn't touched the front axle yet I have an 1-1/8" clearance lifted up or down

    well I made my own lift bar out of 1/2 pipe and threaded rod for my qa36a blower but I did not like it because it keep bending from the axle pivot so had an extra lift frame for a mower deck laying around cut one side of the frame rail off the curvy side then cut to size and drilled a new hole...

    Thanks Doug, I was thinking the same. Have a QA36A thrower never used the spring assist before should be alot easier lifting

    Hey guys first time posting on here, need some help. I have a 147 ive been restoring its all back together now but I put my spring assist on last night how does it hook to the bar underneath the tractor with the arm all the way forward or all the way back towards me any help would be great thanks
