well i tried what you guys said and the jumper cables to the starter generator only whined and would not turn i checked the compression and its good turning it by hand the ignition coil seems to be dead so i will replace it i really don't want to replace the starter generator if i don't have to...

well it seems to act as if the starter/generator is not kicking over fast enough is there a way to bypass or add extra current to crank it over all wires are checked and grounded as well as new spark plug and gas and battery
