I'd like to build a Utility Wagon to tow behind my Cub Original. Does any one have any plans for one? I like 4 wheel wagons but 2 wheel plans will do also. I'd really like to make a mini Hay wagon.

I have yet to figure out how to use that Parts Lookup. It seems that that button requires the use of a model# and I don't know what to call my tractor other than an Original, and that always turns up "no matches found". Can someone explain how that site is used? Lets say I want to find the...

I've got a '62 Original. The key switch only has two terminals, so it can't be wired wrong. The switch I took out had two terminals also but they where not push on, they had a screw. Also the key looked more like a key. It had teeth on one side. I when with the new switch because the new wiring...

Forgot to ask this question. I just replaced the ignition switch with what I believe is the correct one. It has two male push on type terminals. The key is a a peg with two wings basicly. The problem I am having is strange. On is off and off is on. The key moves 90 degrees. Straight up and down...

I know there is a Point Saver for sale, but I heard something about a PointSlayer a while back. Can the timing be adjusted with this type. I started the tractor today and its running pretty erratic with all its missing. I think I've got a condenser issue but figured why not upgrade now. Also is...

It started out like this It ran with no problems, but the deck was not functional in it's previous condition. The deck was made up with new 3/16" metal for the pan and cut off anything in good condition from the old deck. The hood had some dents in it that I had to work out and the...

Made good progress today. The new parts came in today and ran into a snag with the new deck wheels. These wheels are the ones that are heavy duty and "should be the last ones you'll ever buy". They do look great, but the are to big. The smaller older wheel just clears the rear of the deck. I...

Thanks everyone for the complements. How do the headlights get turned on? I have a original headlight wiring harness coming, but I don't think there is any type of switch with it. Do the headlights just run all the time? Do I need a 3 position key switch?

I am getting closer to getting it done. 14 more days until the show. Still got to detail the engine along with a few other things. One thing is for sure, the other tractor is going to wait a little. It just seems to never end.

Why is the "long curved thingy" so long? Is there a good reason for that? It would seem to be that it would be more stable if I where a simple D shape and attached at both ends.

The Original deck I have was made from new metal. The pulleys and rounded side slides I pulled from the old one. The deck pan is 3/16" with 12 GA sides. The two uprights in the front where 3/16" on the old one, but they are now 1/4". How much do I have in it? That hard to say. My buddy owns a...

Does anyone know why the pictures don't always load. It s seem totally random. If I refresh the screen they may show up and previous ones may not. I can always click on it and get it to show, but it just annoying. I've tried it in IE, FireFox, and Chrome and its the same. What gives.

Did the Original mower decks come with a discharge shield? It looks like there are mounting holes for something. As soon as it warms up a little it'll be getting the top coat.

Not sure if this is the correct place for this because its not totally correct (OEM), but close. I recently bought the yellow cub mainly because the PO wouldn't seperate the deck from the tractor. As a bonus it came with fenders and runs great. The.... well, green one I have had for about a...
