Thanks guys, its probably time for a new battery because I have had the tractor a year and the battery came with it. I have no idea how long the p/o had the battery.

I tried to start my 128 up today and the battery was dead. I hooked up the charger and let it charge for about 20 minutes. It started up fine, so I let it run for a while to try to charge the battery. I go out later in the evening to start it and all that happens when I try to start it is I...

Maytag 2 cycle hit and miss

I have a maytag model 92 hit and miss motor and I can't get any spark. I think I need to replace the points, magneto, and condenser, but I'm not sure. Does anybody have any suggestions to get it running or anywhere I could get parts for it? Thanks.

Have you guys ever noticed that on a lot of promotional ads that the decals for a 147 are on wide frame? For example, in the FARMALL CUB & CUB CADET book,on pages 85 and 87 there are what I assume to be 149's with 147 decals. Did IH ever make a wide frame 147?

Does anybody know where I could buy the blade only for a 8 or 10 inch moldboard plow? I've searched everywhere and still haven't found any.

Hey guys, I finally got my valves adjusted and my governor set. I went to crank the motor and all that happens is the solenoid just clicks. The battery is fully charged. Would this be a problem with the switch key, the solenoid, or the starter generator?

Hey guys, just a little bit ago I was mowing with my 128 and the governor popped out of the block. I cut the engine off and I screwed it back in. Now when I try to start it, the thing has so much compression (I was turning it over by hand) that the s/g doesn't have enough power to turn it over...

Thanks Mike, I was just making sure the paint wouldn't make the engine overheat.

Hey guys, I decided to touch up my engine block on my 128 with some heat proof paint that is rated up to 1200 degrees. When I fired it up today , the paint started smoking. 1. Is this normal when you first put paint on? 2. Could the paint cause the block to overheat? Thanks.

    Chains saws

Jeremiah: I think it's a little more than a limbing saw too. Mine doesn't have the Easy2Start feature, but thanks for the warning. The only complaint I have about it is I wish it had toolless fuel and oil caps.

    Chains saws

Here's my christmas present, 2011 STIHL ms 170. At first I thought it would be a little under powered, but I was wrong. It cuts through red oak like it's nothing. Chris: looks nice, what size bars are those?
