    Thank you for your post....Yes, it does appear to be fuel. I cleaned the carb and checked the valves. Both intae and exhaust are at 7000.

    I definately have a leaking carb. It fired up today after I shot some starting fluid in the carb. I noticed gas spraying back out. So, a carb kit is in order. Thanks.. A monday morning job for me.

    I have a cub cadet lt1045 model 13ch11ax712. When starting, flywheel spins and locks up. I have to manually turn the flywheel past 'the stop' for it to turn over. Today, I am unable to turn the flywheel past 'the stop'. I can upload a video, if needed. I'm looking for the fix for this mower...
