    Update: I added a fuel shut off and a filter. Cleaned the carb and it runs and rides great. Attached is a pic of the fuel system before is started.

    Yeah I know the oil plug is on the bottom just didn’t see it when I looked. Is it really small. Which side is it on? I don’t think the carb is varnished. I used it all winter moving snow and I run stabil in all of my equipment.

    I think there was just somthing blocking the needle. There was a lot of fuel coming out of the spare plug hole when I checked it. I will drain the oil next weekend and add a fuel filter. Can you think of anything else?

    Unfortunately there isn’t a file shut off. I need to add one. I pulled the bowl for the carb all the way off. And the was some sediment in the bottom. Looks like I need a fuel filter as well. Is it possible the sediment held the float from closing?

    Ok so I drained the duel from the carb and then it started right up. It seems to be getting to much fuel. What do I check next? Also thanks for pushing me to check and not assume. I always assume the worst. The engine seems fine.

    I just did the screwdriver test and got the whoosh everytime then it sprayed fuel out so I stopped

    I am guessing I over heated the engine. I was working it pretty hard, but tilling the same food plot that it tulles last year so I thought I was ok. I am guessing the engine is shot because it dies while I was using it.

    I definitely don’t want to scrap it. It has the tiller mower deck and snow plow with chains. I used it to plow snow all winter and ran great last summer
