    Hey Mark, my 682 has a shutoff 1/4 inlet and outlet i have seen them on cub cadet parts.com i believe for around ten bucks. Maybe that will work for you. Or maybe a disassemble and clean/inspect would fix ya.

    Harry, sometimes it is a mark your spot kinda leak, sometimes its a good bit more after a few days. I got the rear all cleaned up and that looks like the source. I assume a failing gasket will worsen over time. I think ill put some fresh oil in and see what happens. As far as filters are...

    I was just paid a visit from the ole cork gasket demon. Thinkin about trying to get through the season, but at 20 bucks a gallon for hytran not sure thats a good idea. Is hytran the only way to go? Anyone had any luck with any type of stop leak?

    After fixing the restrictions in the fuel shut off it led to the discovery of a bad float and a nasty fuel pump. Filled the motor up with gas. Nothing was hurt though, tried pushing all the gas out with a little fresh oil. Is there a better way to insure i have all the gas out? Maybe a couple...

    Ive seen alot of posts on kt17 to 18 magnum swaps but im having a hard time with finding the specifics on the wiring issues involved. I would like to keep my 682 harness if possible. But would go to an 1810 harness if necessary. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will post some pics asap...
