    Case garden tractors

I run Shell Rotella T 15W 40 in my Case garden tractors with hyraulic drive. Whenever I pick up a new to me case I always change hydraulic oil and depending on the condition of the oil and particles in it that drain out I sometimes change the oil again after 10-20 hours of work.

Digger, I know I probably should have, just that for some reason I like this section and there hasn't been any posts for a while so I figured I'd post something new. Thanks Kraig and Dennis, I like em too. The Ford has a 256 V8 and your right Dennis, its got the 4 speed + reverse and split...

I was working in the yard today and took a few pictures. Here is a picture of my Farmall A and my 1955 Ford F-700. I am looking into the possibility of modifying a Lowboy snow blade to work with the Farmall A, the A has a manual rear lift so I will have to figure out a plow frame for under the...

Nice Sears, I had one with a Tecumseh 12 HP Overhead Valve engine. Ran and worked great, the high / low range trans is nice. All I had with mine was the mower deck, tall grass should be no problem especially with that power house ONAN.

    Bowlens tractors

Don, I've never had a hydro bolens, but I've had several gear drives. They are overall good, tough machines, you won't be disappointed. Not all hydros take hytran, I know this becasue my Case Garden Tractors use 15W 40 for the hydraulics. Let us know how your new tractor works out.

Mike G - Nice job on the CASE resto!!! I'm hoping to get better at using the paint sprayer (I really screwed up my 644 loader the first time) and mixing paint/ thiner etc. I would eventually like to take apart and repaint my new to me 444. Desert Sand and Flambeau Red, my two favorite colors!!!

My friends and I just finished repainting my trailer. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. I tried my hand a using a paint sprayer last year on my CASE 644 loader tractor and turned out to be a disaster and had to be compleltly redone. We end up priming it with spray-can primer...

I was out in the yard with the camera today and took a picture of some of my tractors. I've got big plans for the 1000 and 1200 this year. The 1000 needs a Carb rebuild, and its missing the PTO. The 1200 needs the plate that disengages the clutch, its so worn that it ruins throw-out bearings...

Here are a few pictures of my latest addition to my fleet of garden tractors. A 1972 Case 444 with Wheel weights, chains, sleeve hitch, one bottom plow, disc set, sno-caster, and 48in deck. Needs a little work, as you can tell from the pictures this machine was well-used. Right now I am in...

Steve- I sure do like mine, my buddy Earl saw it at a garage sale and told me about it. Next thing I knew I was asking my other friend Kevin if he could give me a hand bringing it back to my house with his trailer(he was on his way back from a Plow Day in Pennsylvania when I called him.) I...

Well, I thought I had set my camera for higher resolution, but I must have done something wrong. Pics aren't better res, but here they are anyway. We had really wet heavy snow today in Northern Illinois today, the loader was having a hard time but got the job done well. Rob plowing snow...

Lets see all those off topic tractors

I finally got some plowing time in with my Case 644 loader. A few buddies and I replaced the mechanical fuel pump which was leaking and not pumping correctly causing the engine to starve for fuel with an electric fuel pump. She really runs good now with new electric fuel pump and we did a...
