    My 1250 will not move. I started it to mow and it will not move in forward or reverse. It has been awhile since I went through everything. Aren't there a couple of valves I need to check? I just can't remember.

    I had a spiral pin holding the drive shaft on my 1250 that broke, the pin broke. I tried a roll pin but that sheared off. Now I am using a bolt. I can't think of a reason that a bolt will not work.

    Thank you for the ideas on my idler. Could someone please post a picture of a mule drive for a 1250 with a 44A mower deck. I have had to assemble my rig with parts from different places and I think I am still missing something. If I had the manual it might help. I misplaced it though.

    I took the idler arm and pulley assembly off of my 44A deck to my 1250. I broke the bolt off that holds it to the deck. I then tried to get the bearing out of the pulley and ended up smashing it inside the pulley. Does anyone have some suggestions on what I need to do?

    Could someone direct me to a drawing of the engine wiring for a 1250? I am rebuilding my K301 and cannot find a diagram in either the IH service manual or the Kohler service manual that shows the engine wiring. My memory is not helping me either, part of aging I guess.
