Thanks for the info Steve, It was part of the package with my CC147 years ago. I have no use for it so I'll post it on the "for sale" section here. I've had it on craigslist in the Dallas/Ft. Worth for a few weeks and no bites.

Two questions: 1.) I'm setting up a new electrolysis tank and would like to use aluminum rivets to attach clamps for sacrificial metal rods, will the chemical reaction damage the aluminum? 2.) Was this scraper box blade mfg. by Cub Cadet?

Charle, never wait for a problem to happen when you can create one yourself. Breaks were adjusted too tight (corrected) and yes, the valves will reset them selves when the eng. starts. Now, what was I going to do before all of these aleeegaters showed up?

If the valves are just stuck and require cleaning, should I be able to remove them with just the seat and fender assy...

Bad day at black rock! Drove the 147 in the shop last night to start removing the eng. and pull the blance gears. Went to push it out this morning and the "charge check valves"(?) will not release the hyd. With flash light and mirrow, it looks as if the pins are in the down position. Any...

I know you guys can help. Early this year I picked up a CC1650. After getting the engine running(bad knock), I tested the lift, worked fine. I tore the tractor down to rebuild. My problen is I can't remove the bracket from the cylinder! Used "PB Blaster" for weeks, no help. Soaked it in...
