Dennis - I have never tried the deck; recently. When the deck was on last, 3 years ago, it was fine, hell the tiller was fine then too. This 1650 was a find in a barn, it was in great shape, except it did not run. Some engine parts and tires and it runs as good as new. I was told it had been...- jlsmith

Dennis Frisk - The tiller leaks off in a matter of seconds rather than minutes, worse the warmer the fluid gets too. Yes, very annoying! Can the cylinder be rebuilt, or do I have to buy a new one somewhere? Thanks!- jlsmith

Ken- No, cant see any oil on the ground. It only leaked before the relief valves were rebuilt. I thought after that the tiller would stay up!- jlsmith

Hi all! New to the forum, but not new to Cubs! i have a 1650 that just started to give me some hydraulic issues. My tiller when mounted, will not stay up.
