    Thanks Matt, you were right with your first answer. Dipstick showed too much fluid in crankcase and it smelled like gas. I removed the carb, the float chamber was full of crap. I cleaned and reassembled the carb, drained the oil, refilled with cheap oil, ran the engine for a few minutes,drained...

    Sick 1811

    I posted this problem on yahoo but have not recieved an reply yet. I parked my Cub 1850 the other day and all seemed fine. today I needed to move it and it only runs for 15-20 sec, I thought it was out of gas. I moved it 20 feet and tonight I filled it with gas and attemped to move it back...

    1811 Hitch

    Thanks Matt and Roland. The blade is front mounted and works fine, I couldn't see any place to hook up the lifting bar on the rear like on the 1650. I have the manuals on order if they don't help I will accept you offers, I will let you know. Thanks again. Harold In The Heart Of Dixie

    Fuel Guage

    First post to the group. I have a 1811 Cub, The parts of the fuel guage that are immersed in the fuel are corroded and when I clean them and put back in tank they corroded again. Don't understand this, any ideas!!
