    Dennis Frisk: I was able to get the Governor Shaft back in place with out a major Tear down. Tighten the brass bushing and made sure the Philips Head screw was still tight. Started the 1200 and It Runs great. Dennis thanks for the Information.

    My 1200 with a K 301 Governor Bushing backed off and the governor came unhooked and oil started to leak. The engine was still running fine. To repair the governor does this call for a major rebuild. I have never been inside of an engine

    I have installed a 1A tiller on my 1200. The problem that I have is the belt from the right angle gear box does not line up with the tiller which causes the belt come off. Is there any adjustment for lining up the belt?

    Hydro Harry and Kraig: Thanks for the Information on the balance gears. I wish I has looked into this 3 months back before I put the 1200 back together Is there any information, or pictures on how to remove the balance gears? If I leave the balance gears inplace am I asking for trouble?
