Well Guys just added newer cub 1710 Hydro cub to my 107, 127, 147/167 collection. The 1710 has 780 hrs on it. Runs great but the only problem is that it has no reverse. Checked the hydro and it is full. Is there a check valve that needs to adjusted or replaced or maybe cleaned?

For tire chains I use 2 link cross chain that is twisted with a v welded on every link that goes across to each side. I used just standard type snow chain before and they worked pretty good. But the these v-bar type chains work alot better but cost more also. Ice has no chance agaist the v-bar...

One of the parts guys said they might just throw out the parts in scrap dumpster. If that is the case I will be CUB DUMPSTER DIVING for sure. I'm trying to...

Jason D. I have used lacquer thinner to clean out one for a customer. Just spray in there with a pressure can and just tip the housing so it runs into a drain pan. It really breaks up the gunk. I would even try engine degreaser which is like diesel fuel. Hope this helps, Brandon
