    brian, you didn't say if you had voltage and then not if your cranking it over. sometimes when i wash a unit up before i work on it, moisture will short out the points, let it set awhile and it'll fire off. dont know if you washed it or not but a thought. it could be your condenser is shorted...

    wayne, i think you'd be better of with the 42" blade. IMHO. the 54", thats alot, but some others may have used it on a 108. the only other thing i can say is try it and see what happens! but i think you'll like the 42" better...

    Kenny, Myron, i just looked at my N on my K161. it has the counterbore also, so 25 757 19 kit will work. Myron, the bushing in the kit measures .406 O.D., .130 thick. hope this helps.

    Lonny, more than likely there in the combustion chamber, or the muffler as Charlie said. if their in the oil pan you got SERIOUS problems! one question though, i've always heard they run their best just before they blow. did yours run real good?( just teasing)
