the only time I seen a cub with a cap like this was a 125 All 100 cubs I have seen had a big acorn nut that screwed onto the steering shaft on top holding the steering wheel down
The 125 has a different decal design on its plastic cap. The one pictured above is only for the 100 as the add correctly states.
